What can you expect during a Crew shift?
This shift is for you if you like to organize sale items, help check in consignors and inspect items, help bring items in from their cars and get our sale floor ready for the big sale!
This shift is for you if you’re a “people person”! You may be assisting cashiers by “de-tagging” items at the register, assisting shoppers at our hold bay, straighten racks and return items to sales floor, assist shoppers on an as needed basis, assisting with security at the front door checking all bags and strollers as they leave.
This shift is for you if you like to sort and organize and want hangers for our next sale! You will be helping us sort our unsold items into consignor pick up piles and pack up and prepare our donated items for charities.
Please note that Crew Member spaces will be filled on a first come, first serve basis. There will be a cap on the number of Crew Members needed in each sale, we will make every effort to find a shift for anyone who wants to Crew Members and take advantage of our Crew Members benefits. Multiple shifts do not need to be consecutive.
We understand that things can happen at the last minute so if you find it necessary to cancel or reschedule your shift we ask that you call to let us know as soon as possible. Volunteers who do not notify us of a cancellation will not be allowed to register as a volunteer for the next season’s sale. Please understand that these guidelines have been put in to place to maintain a high quality sale.
Children & Crew Shifts
For their own safety, children are not allowed during Crew shifts. It is a very busy time and it is too difficult to watch out for little ones while we are preparing for the sale.
Drop-Offs & Appointments
We ask that Crew Members not schedule a drop off appointment during their shift. Crew Members may schedule appointments either before or after their shift(s), if all appointments are full please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We’re always looking for outstanding photographers, videographers and/or drone operator volunteers to help us capture all the awesomeness that is The Sale! Help us and you can shop early too!

Do you have contacts in the print, TV or radio media who can help cover our sale? Know any social media Mommy influencers who would be interested in our Pop Up Events? Help us connect and, you guessed it, shop early!
Crew Member Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to be a consignor in order to be a Crew Member?
Yes, you must be a consignor to Crew the sale.
Why be a Crew Member?
We’re a fun Crew and all Crew Members who work at least one 3 hour shift will be admitted to shop the Crew Pre-Sale, this is the first chance to shop! In addition Crew Members earn an additional percentage of their sales. Please see our CREW page for more details.
May I bring my children with me during my Crew shift?
No, for their own safety, children are not allowed during Crew shifts. It is a very busy time and can be a dangerous place for little ones. It is too difficult to watch out for little ones while we are preparing for the sale.
What if I need to cancel my Crew shift?
If you must cancel you shift we ask that you call or email us to let us know at least 24 hours before your shift. In the event a Crew Member does not notify us of a cancelled shift the Crew Member will not be allowed to participate as a Crew Member again. Please understand that these guidelines have been put in to place to maintain a high quality sale.
Can I schedule my drop off appointment during my Crew shift?
We ask that our Crew Members NOT schedule thier drop off appointments during their Crew shifts. You may schedule your appointment either right before your shift or right after your shift. If time allows we will make every effort to check you in during your shift but we cannot make any guarantees.
